- The road racing season has been completed and two of the three events made a profit.

- Jack Pine Sprints – Trophies were well received. We need to get better signage for car photo portion.
- There was discussion regarding the announcer. Mark will work with the track to work out an agreement regarding the position.
- The Board is soliciting for a Photographer as a paid position to make sure we get pictures that we can use for trophies and advertising.
- Discussion regarding increasing workers and entries in general
- Radio provider was reviewed as requested since there were issues at JPS with radios
