    • Modern Automotive Performance fundraiser money (~$1000) donated to worker incentive fund

    • Add calendar to the social media feeds, including board meeting – needs links to road rally calendar.

      • Tech Days will be held May 5th at Westside VW and at the April 28th Track Event

      • Discussion regarding schedule for Harvey West and differing group schedules

      • Events are scheduled for the 1 st Saturday of each month

      • Events have been tentatively scheduled but need still need event masters
    • Track Event at DCTC
      • Next event is at Dakota County Tech on April 28th
  • Old Business
    • Track Night Grant – we are still waiting to hear back on the grant
    • Spring Training – Several people will be attending. Focus will be on time trials, majors at Brainerd
  • New Business
    • Driver Recruitment – Driver crossover from WRL and Champcar was discussed. The main hurdle seems to be licensing and not knowing where to go. Andrew Jenkins creating a checklist that can be used for getting WRL drivers the required licenses.
    • Social Activity – Judi Sievers presented a proposal to have a US Bank Tour as a social event. Board asked Judi to look into available dates. Everyone agreed it sounded like a fun event.
