    • Minutes from July were approved
  • Treasurer’s Report
    • Expenses from Mid-Summer have been received. Road racing program is in the black for the year.
    • Check received from Street Machine Nationals.

    • Board approval for migration of website to new host when contract expires no later than Nov 1 st

      • Jack Pine Sprints – To date, the entries are light. The hospitality tent will be in a new location by the tech area. We are still working on the Elgin Contingency and the details of how items will be given out.
    • RallyCross
      • August event was well attended and hot. New consistent site is starting to draw new drivers and larger fields
    • Solo / TNiA
      • LaCrosse held two events on July 20-21 at Winona Tech that were well attended. Next event s August 18 th at Winona. The last event for the season will be the Oktoberfest Solo on September 29 th at West Salem Fairgrounds Speedway
    • Track Event at DCTC
      • The next Track Night is Aug 15 th. The last Track Night for the year will be on Sept 13th . The next Track Event at DCTC is Oct 20th
  • Old Business
    • Street Machine Summer Nationals
      • The event went well despite the heat and rain. Running in groups has helped make the event more manageable. Results are posted on the website.
  • New Business
    • MNCEC Car Show
      • The board voted to not participate as a club in the event.
    • Banquet
      • The date is November 16th and will be at DeGidios.
