    • Board approved John contracting for an audit of the financial statements. The taxes are in the process of being filed.

    • Andrew is in the process of updating website and has made significant updates so far.

      • MSR has been updated with all of the dates and preliminary information. Supps are in process.
    • RallyCross
      • Next rally cross Feb 16th at Williams Farm. Dates need to be sent CenDiv website and sanctions submitted to get on the national schedule
    • Solo
      • LaCrosse events have been cancelled due to the weather and ice conditions. They have tentative autocross schedule and are looking for event masters and site confirmations
    • Track Event at DCTC
      • Both the spring and fall events have been scheduled in MSR. Tech Day on April 28th will be the Track Event.
  • Old Business
    • Convention Recap – The group attended several Time Trial sessions. The region is working toward holding a Time Trial at Brainerd in 2020 if not earlier. There will be a lot of mention this year of the 75th anniversary of SCCA and events kicked off at the convention
    • Tech Day – Since the Tech Day has moved to the Track Event, it was suggested that an invite be sent to Track Night email list. – invite to tech day. Note: Cars can be checked for tech at the Track Event OR Westside VW May 5th.
    • Our application for a Track Night Grant has been submitted. Thanks to Andrew Jenkins for his work in getting the application completed
    • Spring Training – Registration is open in MSR for Spring Training in Milwaukee.
