Treasurer’s Report
- Reminder that the fiscal year ended on 12/31. We also need to start accounting for VIP program outstanding liabilities. Emily will review program and report back.

  - Tech Day April 28^th is scheduled starting at 10:00 a.m.
  - Drivers School April 14^th at Blackhawk Farms
- Road Racing
  - No update
- RallyCross
  - next rally cross 2/16 first Saturday of each month for each month April through Oct
- Solo
  - SCCLAC has scheduled a few of their solo dates – May18-19 at Winona, August 18^th at Winona and Sept 29^th at West Salem. The Winter R-X series has not been able to start due to the ice on Lake Neshonoc.
- Track Event at DCTC
  - No update
- Track Night in America
  - A committee was formed to determine what we are going to request and who is going to do the write up. Deadline is 2/15/19.
Old Business
- Cones have been delivered. Old Cones will need to be inventoried and released if necessary.
- National Convention questions -Topics and questions were gathered for those that are attending the National Convention.
